Mornings...

Some mornings begin with mist... Other mornings are clear...

Moon on a Stick. Ha! Looks like a marshmallow ready for toasting over an open fire!

Ah.. that's better.

Another morning, I caught Mistress Moon hanging out gossiping with branches and the last of the autumn leaves.

What are your mornings like?

Beautiful pictures, Wendy... Love the moon on a stick one!!! Recently, except for a few days, we have had beautiful mornings with lots of sunshine.

Hugs,

Hello Nadia and Betsy, yes we too have had more sunny days than misty. November is turning out to be a nice month! Thanks for popping by.

Hi Wendy......the mornings are terrible, torrential rain, at the moment, as I type, there is a gale blowing and I am looking at my garden wondering what damage I will find when it dies down.
Pots are over....and there are a few branches off.

I love the mist....it is eerie but somewhat magical, don't you think?
The last photograph is pretty.....the moon speaks volumes......

I love, love, love your photos. I'm especially drawn to the bare trees, but I love the marshmallow on the stick.

Also love your header.

Wendy...I love the photo of the mist....a beautiful photo.
The sky here is blue, blue, blue...and the temperature is moderate (south Georgia...amost on the Florida line)...it doesn't get very cold here...and if it does, it lasts for only a day or two. Your photos are spendid!
Smiles from Jackie

Wendy, these are stunning photos! The first one is prize-worthy!

Now that I'm retired, I love mornings. No rushing around to get to work; just enjoying the sunrise and the sounds and antics of the birds. Lately, it's been frosty in the morning, which has its own kind of beauty, but then the day warms up. So far November has been beautiful!

I love seeing the moon in day light, it is the only time I can get a good photo. I love all the photos you took. And that lady bug in the top is adorable.

I love it when the moon is out during the daytime. It always seems like time is out of wack. I am like everyone else and favor the moon on a stick. Such fun to find pictures that tease our minds.

Oh that's so nice! Being in the northeast, I see similar landscapes - that is, when I'm out of my apartment before 10:00 a.m.! I get up, pray, make tea and blog. Sometimes I don't walk outside until closer to lunchtime. Gracious!
I need to make sure I have a good outdoor office someday --- protected from the elements, yet set nicely among them somehow with big windows. I feel like a recluse!

Wendy, delightful photos! I love the misty morn and of course 'moon on a stick'. :) What a treasure to have views like those.

My mornings start dark. I am up at 4:00 am to get ready for work, but at least now with the time change it is daylight when I leave for work. I like seeing the 'sights' as I drive.

I love "Moon on a Stick". Really enjoyed all your fall pictures. Our petunias are still doing their best, also. they look fragile but are tougher than expected:)

Happy New Moon!
The New Moon is known as the Grandmother Moon I love that!
A few years ago I named each month's new moon. November's is the New Hawk Moon.
I love my mornings. Each one different and each one a treasure.
Your photographs are so lovly. I can almost feel the mist.
Stay strong dear friend,
Sherry
